AlipayHK recently hosted three Project WeCan secondary students for a four-day job shadowing programme at the company’s Hong Kong office. The experience featured an interactive pitching session with our Business Development, UX Design, and Marketing teams, giving students a firsthand look at fintech operations. Throughout the week, participants shadowed daily workflows, attended team meetings, and received career mentorship to bridge classroom learning with industry practice.
