AlipayHK supports ProjectWeCan: Job Shadowing Programme 2026 – Fostering Youth Potential

AlipayHK recently hosted three Project WeCan secondary students for a four-day job shadowing programme at the company’s Hong Kong office. The experience featured an interactive pitching session with our Business Development, UX Design, and Marketing teams, giving students a firsthand look at fintech operations. Throughout the week, participants shadowed daily workflows, attended team meetings, and received career mentorship to bridge classroom learning with industry practice. On the final day, they demonstrated remarkable leadership by independently organising their own graduation ceremony.
