Deep Dive into Male Allyship: Practical Insights from Hong Kong’s Finance Leaders

On 27 March 2026, Women Chief Executives HK (WCE) partnered with The Women’s Foundation (TWF) for a luncheon event, “Deep Dive into Male Allyship.” Our survey, “Tipping the Scale,” published last November and conducted jointly with KPMG and TWF, showed that while Hong Kong’s financial services sector has made notable progress in female leadership (45%) and female directorship (37%), progress is uneven and there is room to strengthen male allyship.
